Miss Chippy Gourmet Cookies takes pride in delivering fresh, high-quality baked goods. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you may need to return or request a refund for your order. Please read the following policy for terms and conditions.
**1. Freshness Guarantee**
We strive to provide the freshest baked goods possible. All our items are made with love and care, and we expect them to reach you in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, stale, or not as described, please contact us within **24 hours of delivery/pick-up** so we can resolve the issue.
**2. Refund Eligibility**
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- **Damaged or Incorrect Items**: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged goods and the packaging. We will work to either replace the item or issue a full refund.
- **Order Errors**: If we have made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong items or quantities), we will correct it by sending replacements or issuing a refund.
Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we cannot accept returns for any other reasons.
**3. Non-refundable Items**
- Custom orders: We verify the orders in writing prior to fulfillment. Specially designed cookies, or other personalized baked goods cannot be returned or refunded.
- Delivery/Pickup Fees: Delivery or pickup charges are non-refundable.
-Undeliverable Orders
When orders are placed for delivery, we reach out to confirm delivery date/time. If customer is unresponsive to confirmation attempts (or if information on order intake is incorrect) will be handled as a cancellation. we will attempt to reschedule 2 times before the order is cancelled
**4. Refund Process**
Once we receive your refund request with the required documentation (photos of the damage or incorrect items), we will review it and get back to you within **2-3 business days**. If your refund is approved, we will process it within **5-7 business days**.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
**5. Exchanges**
We do not offer exchanges for baked goods. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please follow the steps outlined in the Refund Process section above.
**6. Cancellations**
If you wish to cancel an order or reschedule delivery arrangement, please contact us **at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery**. Orders canceled less 48 hours may be subject to a partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Delivery rescheduling/cancellations must be made 48 hours. If deliveries cancellations are not received within the timeframe allowed, no refunds will be issued.
**7. Wholesale Orders
Miss Chippy Gourmet Cookies LLC has a no refund policy. All wholesale orders are to be paid prior to delivery unless other arrangements are otherwise approved by owner(s).
